FiverrTutorials is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
What we collect
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address and optionally your first name. When you use the tools, no personally identifiable information is stored on our servers — calculations happen in your browser. We also collect anonymous usage analytics (pages visited, time on page, country) through a privacy-respecting analytics provider. We do not use Google Analytics.
How we use it
Your email address is used to send the newsletter and, if you opt in on a tool page, to notify you when that tool launches. We do not use your email for advertising, third-party sharing, or any purpose you didn't consent to. Anonymous analytics help us understand which guides are most useful and where to focus updates.
Third-party services
The newsletter is managed by a third-party email service provider. Payments for Pro access are processed by Stripe. Neither provider receives more data than is necessary to perform their service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send. To request deletion of your data, email us at contact@fiverrtutorials.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We will process requests within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR — contact us and we will respond appropriately.
Data retention
Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe and request deletion. Anonymous analytics data is retained for 24 months in aggregate form only. Pro account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
