Fiverr seller level criteria
Fiverr uses a tiered seller level system to recognise and reward consistent, high-quality performance. Your level affects how you appear in search results, your eligibility for Fiverr Pro features, and the trust signals buyers see on your profile.
Levels are evaluated on the 15th of each month. You can be upgraded or downgraded based on your rolling performance metrics. There is no manual application — it's automatic for Level 1 and Level 2, and by editorial invitation for Top Rated.
| Level | Days | Orders | Rating | All rates |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 60+ | 10+ | 4.7+ | 90%+ |
| Level 2 | 120+ | 50+ | 4.7+ | 90%+ |
| Top Rated | 180+ | 100+ | 4.9+ | 90%+ |
Using the level tracker
- 01
Enter your Fiverr dashboard stats
Open your Fiverr Seller Dashboard and find your stats: account age, completed orders, rating, and your three performance rates (response, completion, on-time). Enter each into the tracker above.
- 02
See your progress per level
The tracker shows three level cards — one for each seller tier. Each criterion shows your current value vs. the required value, with a progress bar. Green checkmarks show criteria you've already met.

Focus on your weakest metric
Identify the 1–2 criteria furthest from the threshold and focus there. Response rate is usually the easiest to fix quickly (respond to all messages within 1 hour). Order completion and on-time delivery take longer — they improve through consistent delivery over 60+ days.
Common questions about Fiverr seller levels
What are the requirements to reach Level 1 on Fiverr in 2026?
To qualify for Level 1, you need to be on Fiverr for at least 60 days, have completed at least 10 orders, maintain a seller rating of 4.7 or above, and keep your response rate, order completion rate, and on-time delivery rate each at 90% or higher. You must also have no active violations on your account.
What are the requirements for Level 2 on Fiverr?
Level 2 requires 120+ days on Fiverr, 50+ completed orders, a rating of 4.7+, and all three performance rates (response, completion, on-time) at 90% or above. The order and time thresholds are significantly higher than Level 1 — most sellers take 4–8 months to reach Level 2 from scratch.
How do you become a Top Rated Seller on Fiverr?
Top Rated Seller status is by invitation only. The formal criteria include 180+ days on Fiverr, 100+ completed orders, at least $20,000 in total earnings, a seller rating of 4.9+, and all performance rates at 90% or above. However, meeting these criteria makes you eligible — Fiverr's editorial team reviews accounts and sends invitations. You cannot apply directly.
Why did I lose my Fiverr seller level?
Fiverr evaluates seller performance on a rolling basis. If your response rate, order completion rate, or on-time delivery drops below 90%, or if your rating falls below the threshold, you may be demoted. Account warnings or violations also affect level status. Check your seller dashboard analytics to see which metric dropped, and focus on recovery for at least 30–60 days.
Does cancelling an order hurt my Fiverr seller level?
Yes — order cancellations reduce your order completion rate, which is one of the key metrics for maintaining and advancing your seller level. Fiverr measures this rate over a rolling 60-day period. Even mutual cancellations can affect your rate. Try to resolve order issues without cancellation where possible — offer revisions, scope adjustments, or partial refunds before agreeing to cancel.
How often does Fiverr update seller levels?
Fiverr reviews seller levels on the 15th of each month. Your level can be upgraded, maintained, or downgraded based on your rolling performance metrics from the previous period. If you're close to a threshold, you'll typically see the change reflected in the next monthly review.
